Madison McIntosh is a Prairieville, LA native with a true passion for creating beautiful, inviting spaces. As a wife and proud mom of two boys, she understands the importance of a home that feels both functional and welcoming. In addition to her work in staging, she has spent several years operating her other business, Harbro Party Rentals, where she brings events to life with style and attention to detail. Her love for interior design shines through in every space she touches, combining creativity with a thoughtful approach to help homes look their absolute best!
Our Mission
Selling an empty home can make it harder for buyers to picture themselves living there. That is where H&B Interiors comes in!
We partner with both homeowners and real estate agents to professionally stage those empty homes. Our goal is to make the homes feel warm, inviting, and market-ready, helping listings stand out and sell quicker!
The Process
We specialize in staging homes with carefully selected furnishings and decor that highlight the home’s best features. Doing this helps create a strong first impression for potential buyers.
Each staging package is tailored to fit your individual needs. Sometimes we can work with the home’s current furniture and other times we bring in some extra love!
We focus on THREE key spaces:
-Master bedroom
-Kitchen
-Dining room
These are the most important rooms buyers notice first. Staging these particular rooms helps bring the home to life while creating a polished, cohesive look throughout the listing.
Our staging contract is for 60 days. We start the process with a $100 fee to reserve your date. The remaining balance of $800 is due at closing OR at the 60 day mark, whichever comes first.
