Madison McIntosh is a Prairieville, LA native with a true passion for creating beautiful, inviting spaces. As a wife and proud mom of two boys, she understands that not every home will be “sell ready”. This is where she comes in. Her love for interior design shines through in every space she touches, combining creativity with a thoughtful approach to help homes look their absolute best!
Our Mission
Selling an empty home can make it harder for buyers to picture themselves living there. That is where H&B Interiors comes in!
We partner with both homeowners and real estate agents to professionally stage those empty homes. Our goal is to make the homes feel warm, inviting, and market-ready, helping listings stand out and sell quicker!
The Process
1.) Get in Touch
Reach out to let us know your staging needs—whether you’re looking for our standard 3-room staging package (Primary bedroom, Living Room, and Kitchen/Dining) or a personalized consultation using your existing furnishings
2.) Schedule Your Consultation
We will set up a design walkthrough to evaluate your home and create a plan to highlight it’s full potential.
3.) Secure Your Spot
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your staging date and begin planning your design.
4.) Staging Day
On your scheduled date, our team will transform your home into a beautifully styled space designed to attract buyers
5.) Payment and Agreement
After staging is complete, a contract will be signed for the remaining $800 balance, due at closing or after 60 days—whichever comes first.
6.) Pickup Coordination
Once your home is under contract or the staging period ends, we will coordinate with you or your realtor to schedule item pickup, leaving the home clean and ready for its new owners.
